The worst part about the restaurant industry. Is that for so many it is very unpredictable. It’s a guessing game on everything from sales to profit, menu strategy to employee retention. It’s exhausting for so many people. But I don’t believe it has to be that way. And I’m on a mission to support the industry any way I can.
