Today, I have completed a basic level course in SCRUM, Agile’s essential framework that brings together the issues related to teamwork, individual, and collective responsibility, and setting clear goals. SCRUM principles allow team members to work closely, encourage open discourse, ensure feedback is provided frequently, incorporate iterative improvement and give the ability to reflect continuously when adapting to the change. I also gained insight into the four Agile manifesto values and the 12 Agile principles. I look forward to applying this knowledge to make efficiency a key factor towards more structured and goal-driven operations. #SCRUM #Agile #ProjectManagement #ContinuousImprovement #Leadership

Myth: Scrum Masters dictate how the team should work. Truth: Scrum Masters coach and guide the team on Scrum principles and practices, but they do not dictate how the team should work. Instead, they empower the team to find the most effective ways of working together. Consider them Facilitating, Teaching, Mentoring or Coaching. These are some of the Stances which they make use of depending upon various situations. They are often called as Changed Agent/Leader as their key accountability is to Uphold the Scrum. #Scrum #Agile #MythBusting
