Hard to believe the SME Leadership Summit was last week already! Here's my top 3 takeaways from the event: * Personalization - Kyle did a great job reminding us to use people's names as best we can * AIR - Chris' acronym of how the people we lead need Appreciation, Inspiration and Recognition * Listening - both keynotes emphasized listening to understand rather than listening to respond - something I can be guilty of :) If you were there, what were your top takeaways?
