It takes courage, radical acceptance and complete honesty to transform your life. Taking off the mask of perfection isn’t easy. These text messages are from a male client, CEO, and founder of successful business where he employed multiple people and teams. Childhood wounds and trauma do not discriminate. We are all children inside and we need to go back into our childhood in order to witness, and reframe our experiences at the subconscious level, if we want a chance at living an authentic life, as opposed to one in survival mode, constantly bring triggered and needing to distract ourselves through relationships, shopping, social media, awards, accolades, and other addictions that don’t truly fulfill you. If you understand the subconscious mind and realize that it makes up 95% of your day, then you will book a call with me. My services, expertise, knowledge, wisdom and intuition make me one of the best coaches in the industry. Ha. Imagine that, I use to have imposter syndrome. And look at me now. Neuroscience tells us that what we look for, we will find. When you suppress your feelings, they get trapped in your body, and it can manifest as illness and disease. The mind body connection is real. You’re not fooling anyone but yourself by playing strong and emotionally bypassing. Book your call today and elevate your life. I can guarantee this, because there’s a formula. You do the work, you see results. PERIOD. Please note, this text was after ONLY one session. Stop trying to be an adult. The real power is when we can tap into our child like self and just BE. Quantum physics tells us that we attract what aligns, energetically. So why not transform at the subconscious level, so that your energy automatically shifts? Why take the hard way out. You can either live your life, chasing, or attracting. Are You Living in a Beautiful State or a Negative State? Take one moment to reflect on your emotions: → Are they predominantly POSITIVE, such as joy, enthusiasm, inspiration, motivation, steadfastness, openness, and flow? → Or are they predominantly NEGATIVE, such as anger, sadness, mistrust, doubt, uncertainty, confusion, and despair? Understanding your emotions can help you determine whether you're living in a beautiful state or a negative state. In a world filled with negative influences, it's almost impossible not to be affected. So, experiencing negative emotions is normal and acceptable as long as we don't let them rule our life… Namely, I've realized that dwelling in negative emotions drains my energy and harms my health, well-being, relationships and business. Therefore, a few years ago, I decided to stay on the positive side of life, no matter how tough the challenges I face. Living in a beautiful state helps me: → Protect my mental and emotional well-being; → Strengthen my physical health; → Improve my relationships and social life; → Boost my productivity and creativity; → Make better decisions; → Develop flexibility and resilience; → Experience fulfillment and joy; → Uplift and inspire others; → Grow spiritually as a person...! For me, the ability to live in a beautiful state is one of the most important life skills. Because the quality of our life is determined by the quality of our emotions! Life is too short to let negative emotions drain our energy and block us from achieving our goals, manifesting our mission, and reaching our true destiny. So, mastering our emotions is key to succeeding in all areas of life such as relationships, career, business, health and wealth 😊)) To help you develop this skill, I've created a video sharing my tips that helped me regulate your moods and cultivate a beautiful internal state. If you're interested in receiving it, comment "video" below, and I'll send it to you. Cheers to living in a beautiful state!

Why not change one thing about your day-to-day routine? 🤔 We all have a particular rhythm to our lives, a set of rituals that we go through from the time we open our eyes in the morning ☀️until we close them again at night 🌙. These routines become part of our identity. But what if tweaking a habit could reshape your life and make it better? Imagine a small change, like telling your family 'I love you' every day. Sounds simple, right? But this daily affirmation can create an emotional bond that's as unshakeable as the tallest mountain 🏔️. It's a warming reminder that home isn't just a place—it's a harmony of hearts beating in unison. Next, find some 'me time.' 🧘 Every day has 24 hours, but how many of those hours do we really dedicate to ourselves? A minute or ten of solitude can refresh our minds, like a gentle breeze over a still lake. It provides the necessary rest and rejuvenation to keep moving forward. Doing something kind for someone each day is like planting a tree 🌳. You might not witness its growth, but the shade it provides can bring comfort to someone when they least expect it. It's a tremendous way to bring a little sunshine into someone else's world. Finally, how about trying something new each month? It's like turning the pages of an exciting book 📚, eager to see what's next. The unknown can be intimidating, but there's a thrill in the unfamiliar, a joy in the surprising. Isn't it fascinating how seemingly insignificant habits can have such a significant impact on our lives? So, what one habit would you love to introduce in your life? #lifehabits #positivechange #peacethroughhabits #dailyrhythm 🌈⭐🌍🙌

For over 10 years, I couldn't find the time, energy or motivation to improve my health. But it all turned around when I started studying the master of habit development: 👉 James Clear Here are 10 ideas that helped me the most (and how you can apply them to your wellbeing too): 1. Motivation is overrated. Your environment often matters more. Fix that first. 2. Winners & losers have the same goal. Their systems make the difference. 3. Focus on your systems and processes, rather than goals and results. 4. Break your habits into skills and practices you can do every day. 5. It’s not about staying on the wagon. It’s about not staying off it. 6. Stick to a pace you can sustain, even on your worst days. 7. Start with a tiny habit. Make it so easy you can't say no. 8. Focus on making tiny 1% improvements. They add up. 9. Reward yourself for actions, not just for results. 10. Focus on consistency, not on intensity. That's it. 10 lessons from James Clear on Habit Development. Because it's not about finding time, energy or motivation. It’s about rewiring habits in a way you do it all on auto-pilot. • So start small • Stay consistent • See incredible results That’s how you develop the habits that will transform your life forever. p.s. if you're not sure where to start, head over to my profile. Master Your Life: The Ultimate Guide to Building Habits That Stick ========================================== Habits are the invisible force that shapes our daily lives. From the moment we wake up to when we go to bed, our actions are largely driven by routines that have become second nature. But how do these habits form, and more importantly, how can we create new, positive habits that lead to success? Understanding the science behind habit formation is crucial. Research shows that up to 70% of our daily behaviour is habitual, meaning it happens without us even thinking about it. This is why changing or creating new habits can be so powerful—it’s like reprogramming your brain to work in your favour. The process of habit formation involves several key techniques: 1. Preparation: Before you start a new habit, setting the stage for success is essential. This means creating an environment and a mindset that makes it easier to stick to your goals. 2. Engagement: Being fully present and engaged is important when performing the habit. The more you focus on the task, the stronger the habit becomes. read further.... https://lnkd.in/g-8MHMa8

Here is my list of top 10 habits to improve and change your life. 1. Listen more, speak less. When you listen, you are learning something new. Learn to speak the last. 2. Seek Purpose in everything. Look for the benefits in the particular tasks. If there ain’t any you should probably not spend your time with it. 3. Improve your mental strength. Mental strength is what separates a successful person from the average ones. Be prepared to be challenged. 4. Help people around you. What you do today will be returned to you someday in the future. 5. Learn something new. Learn something new till you are capable of. Life is about a constant growth 6. Ask questions. Asking questions will increase your knowledge. Learn a bit about every domain you are excites you. 7. Organize your space. The more minimalistic you are, the more productive you are. A clutter workspace gives negative signal to your brain and lowers your productivity. 8. Don’t consume the information you don’t need. Clear your mind and organise what you allow to be entered into it. Unimportant information only clutters your mind, thus there is no space for the important things. 9. Make new goals. We are goal seeking organisms. An individual without a goal is lost. Set your goal, achieve it and repeat. 10. Make calculations. Calculate your time, risks budget. Have an overview how much you save by staying home rather than going out. This habit will make you live a better lifestyle. #HanifHowlader

2 things I wish someone had taught me sooner When I learned of these habits, I always wished someone had told me about these two habits a while ago. These two habits made me realise there’s more to life than a career. These can change your life as well. Let’s dive into these habits. 1. Journaling The first habit is journaling. Journaling is really useful if you want to recollect your thoughts or ideas. It helps in decreasing your stress levels. You can write pretty much anything that comes to your mind. Journaling helps you to better understand yourself and resonate with your feelings. Your mind is a big thought generator that creates an enormous amount of thoughts. By writing them down, you will feel light and focus more on your life. 2. Going on a daily walk Walking is a great way to refresh your mind and soul, especially, on morning walks. It has tremendous health benefits as well as spiritual benefits. The daily habit of walking can boost your productivity levels to extreme heights. It helps you keep your mind calm and collected. Taking these walks in a park or somewhere with nature, will surely cleanse your mind and put you at ease. By applying these two habits you will start to see improvement in your life. Your mind will be calm and you will be five times more productive than you are right now. Whenever you get stressed or frustrated just apply these two habits and it will bring peace to you.

What keeps you happy and motivated in life? You know why it’s hard to be happy sometimes ? Coz you find it hard to let go of the things that make you sad , Go where you’re loved . Stay where it’s consistent, When nothing on the outside satisfies you & makes you happy , there’s only one turn left , to turn within yourself, Don’t let your imagination get the best of you. More often than not, the worst is nowhere near what you had imagined. False expectations can damage both ways, Sometimes avoiding certain people to protect your emotional health is not a weakness, You start building a happy & great life only when you start loving yourself, when you accept yourself, when you forgive yourself & others , Think thoughts that support you & uplift you . It doesn’t mean you turn blind eye to the harsh reality, Look around you & appreciate the good things here & now , Filling your void with ego is a sure way to get wrecked. Make sure each experience feels good & in alignment with your spirit, As you grow, you shed . Some things that were attached to your old mindset will fall off , You don’t need to ever put on an act . You’re great the way you’re . Be real . Be insatiable . Be kind, People create their own demons , & don’t even realize it .Choose to look on the bright side , Either , you let the chaos consume you, or you let clarity live on , Just Chill.!!
