You can sync your inventory or upload product info via a spreadsheet. It features products based on user preferences, and customers can buy within the app or on your website. You can also communicate with them using Messenger. 2️⃣ Instagram Shopping requires linking business accounts on Instagram and Facebook. You can upload or create a product catalog and use Instagram Product Tags to make their content shoppable. The tags highlight items in videos and posts, providing more information about the product.
