How do you pick which stats to use in the formula? Nice graphic as always!

This is awesome Adriano Herdman. Part of the real and practical challenge is the availability and integrity of reliable data to feed the models. Unfortunately, this is the real hurdle that so many companies face. Crosschq has been helping companies overcome this challenge for over 6 years through advanced data integrations, listening capabilities, and simple initial models to get started. As we like to tell our customers, "progress over perfection" is key with QoH. IMO, there is no subject in talent where this mentality is more critical.

Instead of creating all new “benchmarks” why not use performance review metrics and other existing skills data? Also, it seems to be missing the candidate/new hire feedback on how well the job aligns to what was presented and sold by the recruiting team

Great stuff as always Adriano. The only piece I'm not 100% sure about is 'Team Ranking', primarily because of the amount of possible variables involved. For example, in my last couple of roles I have managed people spread across multiple countries with very different market conditions and working on different pipelines. To take this in to consideration, I usually calibrate goals to the market and pipeline to make it as fair as possible, but it's not an exact science. I guess you could create some kind of formula for this, but in practice, I think this kind of ranking only works if everyone has the same goals and is contending with the same set of variables. Also, is this something you would share with individuals? Some will love the competitive aspect it might create, others really won't.
