Thrilled to share a milestone that marks not just an achievement, but a journey of resilience, growth, and discovery. After eight months of dedication, overcoming doubts, and rigorous preparation, I have successfully passed the DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Exam with a Master Level, I’m now one of the 140 across 98 countries with this Master level badge😊 The path to this moment wasn't straightforward. Registering for the exam back in June 2023, I found myself at the crossroads of anticipation and apprehension. The fear of failure loomed large, but it was this very fear that fueled my resolve to ensure I was unequivocally prepared. It took me eight months to convince myself that I was truly ready - a testament to the fact that sometimes, our biggest hurdles are the ones we set for ourselves. Reflecting on this journey, I am deeply grateful for my experiences at PwC, which were instrumental in exposing me to the realms of Data Management and Strategy. This exposure was the catalyst for my desire to pursue professional certification in this field. A special shoutout to my manager, Ayodeji Olanrewaju, whose unwavering support was a beacon of encouragement throughout this process. Achieving this certification has not only bolstered my confidence but has profoundly enriched my understanding of all Data Management knowledge areas. It's a step towards fulfilling my aspiration to blend theoretical knowledge with practical insights. As I look ahead, I'm excited about the opportunities this qualification opens up. I am currently seeking summer internships in Data Management & Analytics, eager to apply this knowledge and contribute to meaningful projects.
