What does it mean to keep it simple when creating a strategy? Can you identify if you have arrived at a solution or are you still trying to get there? There is great wisdom in keeping thoughts simple and easy to understand. As smart as we are, we learn in bits and pieces.

QUICKEST SUMMARY OF HOW TO WIN!!!! Your strategy's FOCUS needs to be on two things! 1. Where to win! 2. How to Win where you chose to play! These need to be unique in finding a place and approach to the market. If your approach is a copy your strategy is more expensive, painful and risky!!!
