LET THERE BE CHANGE My Accenture stage ends today. I have led successfully umlaut Spain Team through all phases of the integration in Accenture and now my mission is completed. It is time to say goodbye to Accenture. I am so grateful and so energized after all the Love that I have received in these last weeks since I announced that I was leaving that I have no words to fully express what I feel. These many close conversations have made me reinforce the importance of being authentic, honest, close, vulnerable, caring,... Also, the importance of Interpersonal Communication, that I have invested thousands of hours in learning, practicing and teaching. I want to give special thanks to: Thomas Reisenweber and Dr. Tim Moog from umlaut side. You have given me advice and support through all these years. I have always had in you a sounding board to contrast my thoughts. So useful, so many times. 🖤 Javier Rodríguez and Julio Juan Prieto from Accenture side. You have welcomed me in Accenture and you have helped me navigate the complexity of this company for a newcomer from an acquisition, like me. 💜 This is the last chapter of a beautiful period of my life. I will keep you posted on my new endeavors for 2025. There are already some exciting and interesting topics at sight. 😉 Regards to all my Colleagues, Alumni and Friends in umlaut company, Accenture, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, UC3M MADI, ESMT Berlin, Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Trinity Business School, IESE Business School and Madrid Advanced Speakers Toastmasters Club. #People #Grateful #Future

Nuevamente muchas gracias por ser nuestro profesor por excelencia en temas de comunicación, nos has ayudado a crecer y desarrollarnos en un tema tan importante y tan poco tratado. Seguimos en contacto 😉
