Here’s how Meta works: if you can test different marketing angles and pain points, it can match those with audiences that resonate with them. That’s how you unlock new audiences and scale effectively. So, how do you find these marketing angles? How do you come up with so many concepts? You have to rely on the voice of your customer. Listen to what your customers are saying by going through user reviews, product discussions on Reddit, and customer support tickets.
