🎶A Morning Ritual Like No Other 🎶 Every morning around 9 AM, my company does something truly special—we play the Indian National Anthem. It’s a beautiful way to start the day, reminding us of our roots and filling us with pride. But here’s the funny thing… I’ve started to notice a bit of Pavlovian conditioning kicking in! As soon as the anthem starts playing, it’s like we’re all transported back to our school days or those pre-movie moments in the theatre. Suddenly, there are two distinct tribes among us corporate warriors: 1. The Regimented Scholars: For them, the anthem signals the start of a day that feels like a strict, time-dilating school schedule. Every hour is accounted for, and time seems to slow down as they tackle task after task. 2. The Theatrical Dreamers: These folks? They see the anthem as the opening credits to a day that’s more like a blockbuster movie. The office becomes a stage, and life is one big, entertaining show. Of course, there’s a tiny drawback if you’re part of the latter group—resisting the urge to shout "Bharat Mata ki Jai!" right after the anthem ends! Who knew that a simple anthem could evoke such nostalgia and set the tone for the day in so many different ways? She forgave her mother and her former husband, Ike Turner, for years of domestic violence. - [*] Buddhist principles Tina adopted Buddhist principles, which helped her develop a sense of purpose and self-awareness. She believed that the Buddhist concept of changing poison into medicine worked for her. - [*] Chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo Tina believed that chanting helped her tap into a level of pure positivity, which she called Buddha nature or Christ consciousness. - [*] Helping others Tina believed that everyone has a wellspring of joy within them, and that helping others find happiness can help them tap into it themselves.

Victory of Good Over Evil Dussehra is one of the most important festivals in India, symbolizing the victory of good over evil. This day commemorates Lord Ram's triumph over Ravana, representing the victory of truth, righteousness, and justice. Just as Dussehra reminds us of the destruction of Ravana's ten heads, we too face challenges, flaws, and obstacles that must be overcome for personal growth and success in the workplace. Takeaways:- 1. **Truth Prevails**: No matter how difficult the path may be, staying committed to truth, honesty, and discipline is crucial in achieving our goals. 2. **Ethical Leadership**: Unlike Ravana, who fell due to his ego and selfishness, a great leader must display humility, collaboration, and compassion towards others. 3. **Persistence and Patience**: Lord Ram’s journey teaches us that great achievements come only through hard work and determination. #### **Dussehra at the Workplace**: This Dussehra, let’s fight the ‘Ravanas’ at our workplace—excessive stress, inactivity, and negativity—and eliminate them. Move forward with renewed energy, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm. Dussehra inspires us to continue walking the path of goodness and ethics in both life and career. Today, make a commitment to conquer every 'evil' within and around you. **Wishing you all a very Happy Dussehra!**

nivṛtta-guṇa-vṛttaye ātmārāmāya śāntāya kaivalya-pataye namaḥ My obeisances are unto You, who are the property of the materially impoverished. You have nothing to do with the actions and reactions of the material modes of nature. You are self-satisfied, and therefore You are the most gentle and are the master of the monists. In Srimad Bhagavatam, Kunti Maharani addresses Kṛṣṇa as "Namo 'kiñcana-vittāya," which means "I offer my obeisances unto You, who are the property of the materially impoverished." She also recognizes Kṛṣṇa special mercy upon those materially destitute or lacking in worldly possessions as Kṛṣṇa is the ultimate shelter for such individuals and that He is accessible to everyone, regardless of their material status. She further continues, "nivṛtta-guṇa-vṛttaye," indicating that Kṛṣṇa is beyond the influence of the material modes of nature. He is not entangled in the material world and its activities; rather, He transcends them entirely. She further describes Kṛṣṇa as "ātmārāmāya," meaning self-satisfied. This highlights Krishna's complete fulfillment and contentment within Himself. He does not depend on anything external for His happiness or satisfaction. Finally, Queen Kunti respects Kṛṣṇa as "kaivalya-pataye," the master of the monists or those seeking liberation (kaivalya). This signifies that Kṛṣṇa is the ultimate goal of all spiritual paths and that attaining Him leads to the highest state of liberation and transcendence. This teaches us that regardless of our material possessions or status in life, we can always find solace and guidance in Kṛṣṇa. Just as Kṛṣṇa cares for those who are materially impoverished, He is there for each of us, offering support and comfort in times of need. This encourages us to trust Kṛṣṇa’s guidance and turn to Him for strength and inner peace, especially when faced with challenges or difficulties. It reminds us that true fulfillment comes from within, not from external wealth or possessions, and that by cultivating a deeper connection with Kṛṣṇa, we can find lasting happiness and liberation from the ups and downs of life.
