Most employees are so lost in the day-to-day grind of their work that they forget to notice the big-picture story. Spoiler: it usually doesn't end well.
Exactly! Investing in your own vision is the ultimate game-changer.
Or it could be Frequency Illusion/Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon. Many of them don't have the time for such things. Maybe after they retire.
