🌀 Every Fingerprint Tells a Story... What if it Could Predict One Too? On 20th November 2024, I had the privilege of representing our team at the SHARE 2024 Conference, where I presented our research that dives into the uncharted territory of fingerprints and mental health diagnostics. This work, a collaboration with Sri Prajna Varma Gottumukkala and guided by Gopi Krishna and Velichety Subhadra Devi explores how the timeless uniqueness of dermatoglyphics—when paired with the power of machine learning—can revolutionize mental health diagnostics. I am thankful to Monash University for providing the platform to showcase this research. Presenting before an audience of healthcare and AI innovators to share our vision was a fulfilling experience, and it’s inspiring to see the growing potential of technology in transforming healthcare.
