def the cust success side feelin the pain/love here mate. "Hey yo, Are you gonna renew" not cutting it. People hate the phrase "always be closing" it has another meaning to me.. it means setting next steps always, setting a next time to speak, a reason to leverage., In CS, the communication agreement btw you and the responsible parties is paramount.
