I find it curiously humorous when #agile teams express concern about keeping technical documentation current. Um... you have a definition of done. If you want your technical documents to be current add 'technical documentation is updated to reflect critical/system changes'. Then bask in the glory of your teams more effectively planning their Sprints to allocate time for this activity. And if it isn't part of your definition of done, then why are you concerned?
