Today, I’m stepping down as CEO of UN/COMMON North America. Even typing those words feels surreal. For the past 10 years, this company has been my everything. What began in my tiny apartment with $500, no connections, and no clue, has grown into a global agency partnering with some of the world’s most iconic brands. Looking back, the journey feels like a dream—but it was far from easy. In 2012, I started freelancing, and by the end of that year, I was $45,000 in debt. I sold my car and my wife’s laptop, maxed out my credit cards, and borrowed money just to keep the dream alive. At my lowest, I was ready to quit. But something deep inside told me to keep going. I restructured, made tough decisions, and six months later, I turned a profit. Slowly, I rebuilt. I still remember the day I paid off my debts, returned the money I’d borrowed, and bought my wife a new laptop. That moment wasn’t just about money—it was about proving to myself that I could build something meaningful. Today, UN/COMMON is a seven-figure eCommerce and marketing agency. We’ve worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, and I’m endlessly grateful for the talented team that made this all possible. Now, it’s time for the next chapter. I’m beyond proud to share that my business partner, friend, and ''ambassador quan'' Micah Levy, is stepping in as CEO of our North American branch. Micah has been by my side for the last seven years, through every high and low, and I couldn’t be more confident in his leadership. He’s a phenomenal leader, driver, and—most importantly—a deeply empathetic person who understands people. I know he will take UN/COMMON North America to the next level, and I'm so excited for you, my brother! I’m shifting focus to UN/COMMON Global. We’re expanding into the GCC region—Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and beyond—where e-commerce is really about to take off. I’m ready to take everything we’ve learned over the past decade and build something even bigger. To our team: You are the heart of this company.
