4moI swear to God I talk with people every week for years on how they hired someone outside the industry from web development, marketing, sales, product development, cultivation, HR, managing, or any position really. And those people who work for them totally fucked them over directly or indirectly. People’s lack of industry knowledge or sheer incompetence set back cannabis business owners back 6 months to a year behind. It’s like letting someone drive your six figure sports car and they have no racing experience and your shocked when they crash and burn your car instead of getting you to your destination.
