It's a chore! That's what I thought when a tennis friend suggested recording 🎥our sessions. He said it would make us better players, but it felt too much work🏋️♂️ Now it became a routine. Recording 🔴helps me see where I'm strong and where I need to improve on. kind of like life reflections. It helps in 1) Knowing Ourselves: Reflecting on what happened during the week - good and the bad. Asking questions to teach us about who we are. Like the Chinese saying 知彼知己,百战百胜 knowing yourself and the enemy - you can win every battle 2) Being Thankful: When we remember the good things that happened, it makes us feel grateful and primes our mind for things to come🙏 3) Getting Better: Just like we try to improve our tennis skills, we can also get better in life. Each week is like a practice session where we work on being our best selves, learning and growing along the way. 🎾💪 Question: How do you reflect on your week and strive to improve in life?
