Today, business owners and leaders have the chance to make a meaningful impact and establish a legacy. How you choose to do this depends on the person you see in the mirror. Dignity stands at the height of my values, and I passionately urge those around me to uphold it unwaveringly. Working with entrepreneurs at various stages, I'm most energized by those who understand that dignity is a universal currency—not something to be applied situationally. Here are a couple examples of workplace dignity: 🔷A bakery owner credits vendors publicly for quality ingredients. This dignity-based partnership led to exclusive supply agreements and better pricing. 🔷A construction company paid subcontractors weekly rather than monthly despite cash flow pressure. They now have first pick of skilled trades. 🔷Instead of outsourcing customer service, a software company invested in local team training. Customer satisfaction doubled within one year and referral sales increased by 35%. Recent challenges have highlighted negative shifts in business values: 🔷"Cash is king" has superseded "treat others as you wish to be treated". 🔷Personal success growth is reduced to trending balance sheet metrics, overshadowing daily personal development. 🔷Scarcity mindset prevails, ignoring the universe's unlimited abundant opportunities In small business, dignity in relationships with vendors and employees isn't optional—it's vital. Strong dignity principles create an ethical environment where trust flourishes and sustainable success follows. In small business, maintaining dignity with vendors and employees is vital. Dignity rules foster a respectful, ethical environment, building a culture of trust. This commitment drives success and sets a standard for ethical conduct. 🔺Takeaway: Dignity builds resilience. Building a legacy is a personal choice. Want a guide? Let's talk. -- Coach Mike P.S. Thank you for reading and sharing my thoughts and methods over the past two years. #ActionCoachOne #BusinessTip

One of the biggest threats to your business isn’t external—it's within: 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. 🚨 In the race to win clients, it’s tempting to promise the world. But here’s the hard truth: If you can't deliver what you’ve promised, it will ruin everything—from your reputation to your business. When I consult with experienced entrepreneurs, they highlight this over and over: The damage caused by broken promises is hard to repair. Your clients trust you to solve their problems, not create new ones. And the fastest way to lose that trust is by setting expectations you can't meet. Think about it: Every time you overpromise and underdeliver, you’re not just losing a client—you’re damaging your credibility in the entire market. Here’s the deal: 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. Because at the end of the day, clients remember the experience they had with you. And a failed promise can overshadow any good work you’ve done. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 = 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 & 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 More honest commitments, less inflated promises. That’s the real secret. And that’s why more businesses NEED to prioritize what they can actually deliver over what sounds good in a pitch. ♻️ Repost this if you agree. While businesses are used to putting prices, costs, and other numerical values on all that they do, there's no price you can put on trust. So how can you establish it? If you're a solo professional, or even a manager who is featured prominently within a company, it's important to have a professional headshot to display. This lets anyone who reaches out to you online know who they're talking to, and shows you value professionalism. #trust #business #credibility

"High Trust Worth: The New Currency of Business is Not Money, it's Trust" The title of our soon-to-be-published book, co-authored with Entrepreneur and Philanthropist Erica Wertheim Zohar, and our highly innovative and practical framework for measuring trust. "High Trust Worth" (HTW) is built on five researched, empirically proven, and fundamental pillars: Authenticity, Expertise, Empathy, Kindness, and Creativity. The 5 pillars, when learned, practiced and consistently demonstrated, contribute to an individual's or organization's trustworthiness, creating a measurable and valuable asset in both personal and professional relationships. HTW is both a Score and a Training System for all businesses. We have already received great constructive feedback from many of you who have fully or partially taken our survey (see link below and feel free to rate as many, or as few, famous people and brands as you feel). One clear feedback point is that it will be empowering to incorporate the High Trust Worth Score in Corporations alongside the Annual or Quarterly Performance Reviews and along with our HTW Training System because people we work with, know and engage with daily are easy to rate on HTW and its virtuous, non-controversial pillars, plus we provide everyone a system to improve their HTW Score. In this 10-minute survey, we would like you to share your perspectives on the High Trust Worth of globally known people and companies. Please click below and thank you!

Never substitute professionals using your employees. The results can be disastrous. 😱 The clientele will complain or exit and your companies reputation will be at an all time low. 📉 If you are what you eat don't choose stale bread because you don't want to pay the cost. 🍞💰 Make the Wright choice from the beginning. 👍 #Wisdom #BusinessAdvice
