So proud and happy to have participated in the localization and writing of the Spanish version of the report Freelancing in Europe 2024 by #Malt. Here you are my three thoughts about it: - Freelancers are starting to be considered THE way for bigger companies to get the disruptive skills they need to keep being competitive. When talking about the Spanish corporations, there is room for improvement towards this trend, but things are moving! - Freelancers are more and more able to choose with whom they work or not, based on their values, interests... However, far from being a "self-centered" approach, the main motivation of their work is the "success and satisfaction of their clients". Sounds like a nice lever for adopting best practices in the employment market. - Spanish freelancers dedicate over 6 h weekly to develop new skills.
