Why should you apply for Young ICCA's flagship Mentoring Programme? Eva Chan explains why below. Have you applied yet? If not, there is still time. What are you waiting for? Good luck to all those applying! #mentoring
There are 2 weeks left to apply for Young ICCA's mentoring program! Here's what makes Young ICCA's mentoring program unique and unrivaled: 🇫🇷 Each mentoring cycle culminates in a 2-day retreat in Paris ✔ Mentors are senior members of the arbitration community, including members of ICCA International Council for Commercial Arbitration’s governing board, and selected on an invitation-only basis. ✔ Each mentoring group also includes a group advisor who helps organize events and activities for the mentoring group. ✔ The cycle lasts for 2 years, and mentees are given an opportunity to form lasting relationships with their group and collaborate on projects. The mentoring program is at the heart of our mission to open the doors of international arbitration and is headed by co-directors Courtney Furner and Julio Rivera Ríos. We are in particularly grateful to have the support of Prof. Pierre Tercier, without which, this program would not be possible. How do you set effective boundaries in a mentoring relationship?🤔 It all comes down to the introductory meeting. Also, yes, this was filmed in the back of a London taxi 🚕
