Really enjoyed Rodd Chant ®©'s live event today. Was great to spend time with other creatives & chat through what it takes to make a living through our ideas & imagination. Some highlights: - 20 ideas a day to stay sharp. As creatives, we’re paid to think, not just write/record/produce. - Stay inspired, our jobs reply on it! - Don’t know how to do something? Just jump in & wing it. Comfort zones are the #1 threat to creatives. - Side projects help you stand out. They’re not frivolous, they're fun! - Find other creatives to jam ideas with - chefs, street artists, painters, carpenters etc. The weirder the better. - 90% of success is just showing up.

Quality Over Everything 🎯 Recently, I was reflecting on what truly makes a brand stand out. It's not flashy offers or temporary discounts. It's QUALITY. Quality. Quality in every single thing we do. Whether it's the sound of a keyboardist, the rhythm of a drummer, the storytelling in cinema, the integrity in journalism, the creativity in multimedia, or the precision in fact-checking and tech solutions—quality is the cornerstone. From my early days as a keyboardist and drummer to diving deep into the world of cinema, journalism, multimedia, fact-checking, and now the tech industry—one thing has remained constant: my passion and interest in delivering excellence. Offers may bring in customers, but it’s quality that builds trust and lasting relationships. POV: Passion drives us, but quality defines us. Let's focus on quality, and success will naturally follow. If you're looking for comprehensive support in media and tech, feel free to reach out. Let’s create something exceptional together! #QualityMatters #PassionDriven #MediaAndTech #ContinuousImprovement #FromMusicToTech #BrandBuilding #CustomerTrust #Excellence

Effectively communicating your brand's values is essential for creating #meaningfulconnections... Independent cinemas are packed with values such as community and creativity, that they can use to their advantage in everyday operations! By sharing authentic stories—not just about films, but also about the people and processes behind them—we can ignite passion and inspire our teams and patrons alike. A great example would be hosting events that celebrate #localfilmmakers, creating a spirit of collaboration that brings diverse voices to the forefront. This is great for engaging employees, it's a real buzz when talent come to visit, and inviting your audience to be part of something bigger—something that truly reflects their values. It's important to align your marketing strategies with these core beliefs and values; transparent communication about initiatives and dedication to showcasing diverse narratives reinforces your commitment to the community you're building. When we embrace our values wholeheartedly, we create a #cinemaexperience that resonates deeply with audiences, transforming a simple trip to the cinema into a memory-making celebration of culture and connection. If you’d like a hand with this, get in touch with Mustard Studio; we offer bespoke consultancy and help with your brand and business strategy! https://lnkd.in/edEAAs96
