And it’s all about the debate… 🧠 ❓ if you’ve read this far I’m curious: can you recall a catalyst question that was asked of you as a Leader? I’m reminded of one from decades ago, asked to me when I was confused and they asked “what would you do now Abi if you trusted yourself more?”. And something from right now - a pearl that our CEO Stuart Jackson often shares about good questions which is for after you’ve asked it - “let the silence do the heavy lifting”.
