Here are the ways to get started when it comes to evaluating your business for accessibility 💭 1. Online accessibility: are your website and digital platforms user-friendly for everyone? Consider factors like clear navigation, alternative text for images, and compatibility with assistive technologies like text-to-speech. 2. Physical experience: does your physical space accommodate varying abilities? Does your venue have wheelchair accessibility, clear pathways, and accessible facilities such as restrooms or sensory-friendly environments? 3. Staff training: is your team educated on disability awareness and customer service? Encourage an inclusive mindset, teach effective communication, and provide training on assistive behaviours. Sometimes, all it takes to shift a challenging situation is a fresh perspective. As an educational consultant, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into classrooms with a unique set of eyes, observing behaviors, and identifying strategies to help educators navigate challenges and create positive change. Recently, I’ve been working with schools to conduct classroom observations, focusing on guiding effective behavioral practices. It’s incredible to see how a small shift in approach can lead to significant improvements—for both educators and students. Having an outside perspective isn’t just about pointing out challenges—it’s about collaborating to find solutions that might not have been visible before. That’s the power of a different viewpoint. If you’re curious about how having a fresh perspective could help support your staff or school, let’s connect! I’d love to share how this approach has made a difference for others. 📩 www.educationadvisors.biz
At Education Advisors LLC, we go beyond offering professional development sessions. Right now, we’re partnering with schools to conduct classroom observations, providing actionable insights and guidance to support effective behavioral practices. Our goal is to empower educators with strategies that make a real difference for students and staff alike. Curious about how Education Advisors can support your team? Let’s connect and explore how we can work together to create positive, impactful changes in your school community. 📩 Visit us at www.educationadvisors.biz or reach out today!

What is supervised visitation? Supervised visitation is when an adult, usually a parent, needs further supervision and assistance when interacting with children in their life, in order to promote a safe, nurturing, and appropriate environment for the children. There are numerous reasons "why" a parent utilizes supervised visitation services, typically the parent needs further guidance on developmentally appropriate interactions with their children or are unable to provide a nurturing space for when interacting with their children. Although anyone can ultimately supervise a visitation, a designated supervised visitation space with trained, neutral staff offers the safest environment for supervised visitation services.
