As we head into our busiest season and the season of giving, I’ve been reflecting on just how grateful I am for the incredible people who have supported me throughout my career. I recently had a conversation with a family friend who joined our team, and something they said truly took me back: “You get to work with all of your buddies and some pretty great people. You get to choose that, and that’s awesome!” That comment really struck me because it’s a privilege I don’t take for granted—to surround myself with such amazing people, both personally and professionally. To my inner circle, my amazing family, my incredible team of agents, agency partners, and business partners—thank you. Your support has been the foundation of my growth, and I’m beyond thankful to have each of you alongside me on this journey. As I continue to leverage my knowledge, skills, and network, I’m excited to share that I’m adding two more companies to my business portfolio. I couldn’t be more excited and privileged to work with such awesome partners. When I think of where I started to where I am now, it’s truly humbling. These are exciting times! Most everyone who knows me well knows I always say, “Rising tides lift all boats.” I truly believe that. Slow progress still progress…

It's been an unforgettable adventure, to say the least. I haven't posted in awhile due to the continuous chaos throughout my personal life. We all face temporary challenges, but with constant determination, we can overcome them all. If there is one person I know better than anyone, it's myself. I've always considered myself an optimist, but as problems and stress started to pile up, I had to take a step back in order to be better for myself and everyone around me. I never felt the need to do that before, because for awhile my optimism blinded the reality or severity of the hole I was digging myself into. "If you're feeling envious of someone else's life, you'll never be happy or believe in yourself." I know, I know! This isn't Facebook, but regardless of what platform you use, social media was always designed to foster comparisons and shape public opinion. That's a fact! We all have our vices. We're all humans. We are all the same. However, each individual will always have their own strengths and weaknesses. That is what makes partnerships and collaboration beautiful because we all bring something to the table that is unique to ourselves. "I've been embracing solitude as a way to recharge and reconnect with myself, and it's been a positive change." I am the type of person that has always been able to leave the baggage at home, put on a smile, and push through the day. Lately, that has been the hardest skill for me to provide. I would like to thank everyone that has continued to be there for me through all of this. The ones that never left when things got tough and provided reassurance. You know who you are!
