🌟 Reflecting on a Year of Growth and Learning with the LEAD Project 🌟 I started my journey with Leadership For Equity with the LEAD Project. As the LEAD project draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the past year's journey —a period marked by immense growth, learning, and collaboration. Here are some of the key reflections and learnings that have emerged: 🔍 Contextualized Planning: One of the most profound lessons from the project has been the importance of contextualized planning. Understanding that every initiative must be deeply rooted in the context of the people it serves has been instrumental. While prioritizing the professional development of our system leaders, we've also remained deeply connected to their daily professional realities, shaping our strategies and roadmap accordingly. 🤝 Engagement and Interaction: Keeping over 1600+officers engaged throughout a four-month project is no small feat. Our success in this regard can be attributed to the dedication of our 45 LEAD District mentors. In any scale-up project, strong relationships with key stakeholders are paramount, and these invaluable connections bolstered our engagement efforts. 🌟 Influence of Visionary Leadership: Behind every successful project lies the guiding hand of visionary leadership. In the case of the LEAD project, the unwavering support, guidance, and motivation provided by Manoj Kaushik sir, Head of the Educational Technology Wing, to the district mentors and participants were crucial for the project's success. His leadership not only inspired district leaders but also motivated every participant, fueling their commitment to learning and growth and ensuring seamless project execution. 📊 Data and Insights: A robust Data Management System formed the backbone of our project, enabling us to effectively serve all 22 districts of Haryana. Constant communication and feedback loops were facilitated seamlessly, thanks to our Monitoring and Evaluation team and JESBIN SKARIAH THOMAS SKARIAH THOMAS. Their support and insights was instrumental in adapting our strategies in real time. 🤝 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: None of our achievements would have been possible without the incredible teamwork that underpinned every aspect of the LEAD project. A strong team not only improves work productivity but also serves as a ladder for personal growth. I am truly grateful to the team members who made this journey possible. Saiprasad Sale, Anand Joshi, Shubham Gupta, Puja Mondal, and Lokesh Kumar. As the chapter of the LEAD project comes to a close, I'm filled with gratitude for the opportunity to have been part of such a transformative initiative. The lessons learned, relationships forged, and experiences gained will undoubtedly shape my journey going forward.
To prepare our children for their future, we need a future-ready system leadership that is equipped with the right knowledge, skills, and mindset. To provide our system leaders with the right support, we work with the government to upskill education officers by offering capacity-building training and blended learning courses for continuous learning. We work with the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Haryana for capacity building of state education officers to strengthen program management and implementation. Leadership Enhancement and Academic Development (LEAD) is one such blended learning program, catering to middle management officers from the SCERT to the block/cluster levels. The objective of the Monitoring and Evaluation LEAD course in Haryana is to create a collaborative model for officers to drive effective academic improvement programs and government initiatives like NISHTHA, DIKSHA, NEP, etc. After completion of the course, a felicitation ceremony was organized by SCERT in collaboration with Leadership For Equity for the top performers and the mentors who made the program successful in the state. Swipe right to know more about it! ONE FACE IN THE CROWD CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOUR SPEECH... HERE IS HOW! How do I handle a bad listener or someone laughing at me while delivering a speech on stage? Accept it or not, we have ALL faced this fear. Yet, the trick lies in how we handle it. One of the young student leaders from St. Gregorious School in Kerala asked Megha this question during an OPEN HOUSE WoW STUDENT LEADERSHIP SESSION. The response will truly make youngsters THINK about how to handle confidence issues. Click the link in the Comments to WATCH TILL THE END. When thousands of students attend such interactive and insightful sessions through WoW, learning happens both ways- there's sharing of ideas, seeking solutions, and implanting that urge to find a WoW version of themselves. One amazing tip by Megha Bajaj: WHO YOU LOOK AT WHILE SPEAKING MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. If you wish to bring WoW to your school and empower your students and teachers, send us an email to [email protected]. We are taking just a few more schools for WoW for the next academic year and we sincerely hope yours is one! #WoW3Ls #education #youthempowerment #youth #studentsspeak #students #publicspeaking #believeinyourself #confidencebuilding #confidencematters #studentsession

Sadly…Sometimes fun gets a bad rap in PD. But this targeted PD is engaging teachers, including application time for all content, bonding the whole school team and is led by fellow middle school teachers alongside me….and it is being called “The best training I have received in my 20 year career!” by participants. Bring the fun back. Do stuff that works. Empower teachers and leaders. Contact me for me info if you got the focus and the guts. #teachers #leaders #principals #education #professionallearning #transformationleadersnetwork #drbillysnow
