I agree Abhishek Sen , Generative AI is set to disrupt the HR landscape and improve the high cost of bad hire. Now many HR functions have slowly started opening up to adopting Gen-AI solution, however it's a long road to bring that mindset shift. Gen-AI will not compete with the HR function but will act as co-pilot and support in bringing efficiencies to save cost.

It must introduce and implement attitude science and an attitude-based human development system to address attrition, income generation, profit margin, and employee satisfaction and to address the employee's personal (personal, family, and social) problems, which indirectly impact performance, productivity, perfection, profits, and plenty of other issues.
