QC in India is like COD. One has to offer but deep down it is a cost that sellers hate to bear. Earlier margins used to go away in high RTO and soon margins will go away as QCs will charge high commission. E-commerce in India has high volumes but to make a large profitable business is very hard. #D2C #ecommerce

1. Business to Business This is Business to Business transactions. Here the companies are doing business with each other. The final consumer is not involved. So the online transactions only involve the manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers etc. 2. Business to Consumer Business to Consumer. Here the company will sell their goods and/or services directly to the consumer. The consumer can browse their websites and look at products, pictures, read reviews. Then they place their order and the company ships the goods directly to them. Popular examples are Amazon, Flipkart, Jabong etc. 3. Consumer to Consumer Consumer to consumer, where the consumers are in direct contact with each other. No company is involved. It helps people sell their personal goods and assets directly to an interested party. Usually, goods traded are cars, bikes, electronics etc. OLX, Quikr etc follow this model. 4. Consumer to Business This is the reverse of B2C, it is a consumer to business. So the consumer provides a good or some service to the company. Say for example an IT freelancer who demos and sells his software to a company. This would be a C2B transaction. #typesofecommerce #ecommerce

If CAC is the biggest problem of a D2C brand, then this is the second biggest problem in India. Lack of good shipment services. Over the last four years, I have tried many shipment services, but every one of them lacks reliability. Some of the issues are: - Parcels lost in transit - Marking as delivered while still in their warehouse - Late delivery Obviously, customers will get frustrated, and we can't blame them. They will begin to put negative comments and give zero ratings. The sad part is that all our hard work goes in vain because of delivery issues. Recently, I started using the premium service of DTDC Express Limited , hoping there wouldn't be any issues, but they are no different from the others. What are the biggest issues you have faced with your shipping partners?

Thinking of MNP to BSNL Here is Why and How! As things stand now, when all of the major telcos—Jio, Vi, and Airtel—are revising all their tariffs, loyal customer bases of Indian mobile users are becoming inclined to shift to BSNL. With averaging a 15% increment, these companies are making the prices of the recharge plans pricier, and BSNL is turning out to be more formidable with its affordable plans. Cost-Effective Plans: BSNL provides much cheaper recharge plans compared to its competition. Network Availability: Although operating at 2G/3G for now, the 4G services of BSNL are up and running for selected circles, with the rollout's pan-India expected to happen next month. How to Port Your Mobile Number to BSNL in Steps: Step by Step: Step 1: Get a Unique Porting Code (UPC) Send an SMS to 1900 in the following format: PORT < 10-digit mobile number>. For example, send PORT 8888888888. • Jammu & Kashmir Users: Instead of an SMS, call 1900. • Validity: The UPC is valid for 15 days (30 days in Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, and North East licensed areas). Step 2: Go to BSNL CSC or Authorized Franchisee / Retailer Go to the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre or retailer and request to port your mobile number. Step 3: Fill out the Customer Application Form (CAF) You have to fill up this CAF and submit it to the concerned BSNL CSC along with the details of the requisite fees for the porting purpose. BSNL is not charging any fee amount for this at any state. Step 4: Now Obtain the New BSNL SIM Once the porting request is accepted, then BSNL will inform you of the date and time for the porting process. At the scheduled time, put in your new BSNL SIM card. Need Help If there is a problem, you can always call the toll-free number of BSNL at 1800-180-1503 or just dial 1503. Conclusion: By porting to BSNL, you shall be making a cost-effective decision at a time when all the other companies are rapidly increasing their tariffs. Now, stay in touch without digging into your pocket!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Order Cancellation and Poor Customer Service Due to Price increase of Gold Bar from Flipkart Dear Flipkart Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while purchasing a gold bar from your platform. On the day of my purchase, the price of the gold bar was Rs 74,161. The order was confirmed, and the expected delivery date was set for August 6th. However, to my dismay, the delivery date was repeatedly postponed without any clear communication or valid reason. Eventually, my order was cancelled without any prior notice or consultation. Upon investigating, I discovered that the price of gold had increased to over Rs 78,000+ on the day of the supposed delivery. It is evident that the cancellation of my order was due to the price hike, which is completely unacceptable and unethical. As a customer, I trusted Flipkart to honor the confirmed order and deliver the product at the agreed price. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and what appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid fulfilling the order due to the increased gold price. This experience has not only caused me significant inconvenience but also eroded my trust in @Flipkart as a reliable online marketplace. I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure that such practices are not repeated in the future. I expect a formal apology and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern. Sincerely, Girish Babu Yendamoori

When it comes to data I go to the field instead of believing the opposition and or Govt. An average shop on the ground floor of Terminal 3 sells goods worth 1-2 crores/month. An average shop on the food court is doing almost the same business. Stadkingly different products but look at the business.. An average shop around New Delhi railway station and on the platform 5-6 lakhs/month. Leave aside organized shops. An average street vendor sells worth 3-5 lakhs/month. It appears that they don't. A complete misnomer. The economy of One LED at the street vendor is Rs 20/evening. Just multiply it by millions of street vendors and you would know the business size.. The current Govt has supported all sizes of businesses across sectors and segments. The banks have opened up, collaterals have gone in some segments because money comes via UPI on a daily basis, banks have made profits and NPAs are less.
