Another forced migration on the cards. 😑 This time for #sap #Analytics #Cloud #SAC. Innovation is always welcome. However, it should be cumulative, or its adoption non-disruptive. If it is not so, the impact becomes non-trivial. In this case, it'll lead to costly migrations. Enterprises - large ones, having orders of magnitude in productive usage - are then hesitant in picking such a technology, or decide to move away from it on such occasions. Which technologies gain? Those that are delivered in an incremental manner and can be adopted effortlessly, both in terms of spend and disruption. I hope there are good tools provided to ease the migration to SAC Optimized Experience. 🙏

❗ Important Notice: Changes in SAP Analytics Cloud Classic Stories & Analytic Applications The Classic Experience for Stories and Analytic Applications has been the original user interface of our product, which has been serving our customers and partners for many years. However, as technology evolves and user expectations change, we have decided to deprecate the Classic Experience and other non-strategic features and replace it with the Optimized Experience, a platform that combines Stories, Analytic Applications, and core Digital Boardroom features using the existing licensing structure. It offers customers more features, versatility, and better performance and usability with one consistent experience. This article explains the reasons for the deprecation, the benefits of the Optimized Experience, and the key timelines for the transition. We hope that this blog post will help you prepare for the change and make the most of the Optimized Experience. https://lnkd.in/eCusPucM Tunir Kapil #sapbtp #sapanalyticscloud #sac #productguidance #releasenotes This post is also posted in the SAP BTP Practitioners LinkedIn group so you can always find it back.
