Thank you Catherine Fox AM for asking such thought-provoking questions and Julie Chai (Asian Leadership Project) for organising this incredible event! It was amazing to hear Farhan's personal thoughts on leadership. His journey is truly inspiring! Some of my key take aways: - Be an authentic, curious leader and exercise your analytical skills through ambiguity. - Self reflect and don't be afraid to seek feedback from the people around you. - When leading people a leader should empower, be a good communicator and not be afraid to stand back and let others take credit (So powerful!)
