What an incredible week it's been. It started with exploring amazing possibilities that exist in the middle-east market for NetCom Learning and AI CERTs and took us through the length and breadth of India, from Delhi NCR to amazing Ahemdabad and, the wonderful Hyderabad.
Meeting our champion teams in each of these locations brings a sense of gratitude and pride for the work they do day-in and day-out. But more than that, the assurance that this team brings for supporting the tremendous growth that awaits us.
Now off to Dhaka to meet the NetCom Learning Bangladesh team with our CEO, Russell Sarder.
The rapid nature of this trip speaks to hustle we practice at Sarder Inc companies every day. Excited for the next leg of the trip, but even more excited for the journey ahead through 2025.

"Kapston Services Proudly Presents Mr. Haraprasad Panda, MRICS, on TV5's Tech Development Interview"
Catch our esteemed Executive Vice President share his insights on the future of technology and innovation.
As India is moving towards 5 Trillion Economy, Digital transformation plays a crucial role in shaping the future. Deep Tech Developments like Investments in AI, robotics, quantum computing, and blockchain, position India as a global hub for cutting-edge technologies. Our Universities, Technical institutions have to ensure the Students have been offered these courses and be future ready. Today if we are Hiring 100 Tech candidates for our Clients, at least 75% of those are from AI, Robotics, Quantum Computing and Blockchain. These candidates are working on predictive analytics, autonomous vehicles, drug discovery and many more. While travelling from Hyderabad, I met one youngster, who is into Deep-tech bio startups, who are into advance precision medicine, agriculture, synthetic biology to create breakthrough therapies etc. Tomorrow this will be big sector, where we need people, so our Universities should add these part of their curriculum.
HTD, Hire – Train & Deploy, is an old concept, its nothing but Skilling and Upskilling the Talents. Today, we are hiring the BE & Btech Graduates for our Clients, and as per the client requirement, we are training them at Client Premises on the advanced AI, Robotics, Master Data Structures and Algorithms and making them future ready for our Client’s requirement. HTD is nothing special but providing Practical solutions and brushing their knowledge.
Future of IT Staffing in India is getting brighter day by day. Few of our advantages are 1) Ample Talent 2) Knowledge Bank 3) & the Flexible Staffing solutions like GIG economy. Its Surprising but true, in 2024 alone, India hosts 50% of the world’s GCCs, with over 1,500 centers across industries like IT, BFSI, healthcare, and retail. There are need of Talents in all such organizations.

There are many things said about India; fastest growing economy; talent hub; wealth creator; next chip manufacturing hub...so on and so forth. Our gazettes and periodicals don't shy away from aggrandisement at every opportunity presented. But there is an India which gets a very parsimonious treatment when it comes to public discourse. And that is an India that cares.
I could not have asked for a better Friday last week, than to be invited to discuss at the Confederation of Indian Industry-East by Sourav Roy and his team to speak to a lot of people (it would be unfair to label them under organization and foundations) who have dedicated their lives to focus on the marginalised, the discarded, the ones that need to be rescued (not just from others but in cases even from themselves) and so much more. They work with a single goal of giving a fellow human a chance at dignity of life. Every story, every mission, every emotion was testimony to the change that a few committed folks are driving.
It was a privilege to discuss technology, digital and AI in various forms and wonderful panel moderated by Arindam Hari and Anshu Sharma. In the light of the fabulous work that the group in the room was already doing, all we could do is leave some pointers which could be summarised as below:
1) Social foundations would be better off identifying specific use cases that can be solved by technology/AI. If you are convinced that this isn't the right time or right scenario for just embedding some digital intervention, you are probably right.
2) Don't think of GenAI like a technology. Think of it as your wingman/ friend. Download whichever one makes you comfortable and spend a few minutes every day just to make the interactions your own. Once it's your trusted partner, you will be an unbeatable combination.
3) Convey your goals, not your objectives to technology partners. Get partners who will be willing to put skin in the game and not install a piece of software. Your key word if "impact", if a piece of technology isn't improving that either in terms of scale of better outcomes, you probably don't need it.
4) While I am sure government and regulatory bodies will come out with better frameworks to protect against data mis-use and biases, you have every right to ask and question the kind of data being asked for software installations/ by SaaS providers. Don't share spreadsheet dumps, you can curate the information as required.
5) Data anonymisation and pseudonymization are a very powerful tools for those in the social sector and you can request your technology partners to implement the same.
Thanks again for having me, I thoroughly enjoyed the very reputed Kolkata hospitality and not that it needed anything more, but the grilled betki and a bit of an indulgence at Flurry's later just rounded off a spectacular day 😊

Anish Raghunandan, CEO of Tata ClassEdge, was invited as guest panelist by Confederation of Indian Industry-East for the discussion titled "Digital and AI in Addressing Social Challenges: Balancing the Risks and Rewards," alongside Anshu Sharma, Co-Founder of STS Global. The session focused on how #digital and #AI#technologies can tackle important social issues such as #healthcare, #education, and poverty. Anish highlighted the opportunities these technologies offer and the steps that organisations can take to mitigate risks involved, including algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and the potential for increasing inequalities. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Confederation of Indian Industry for facilitating this important discussion. Their commitment to exploring the role of technology in social development is essential as we work towards equitable solutions that benefit all communities. Thank you for supporting these vital conversations.

The real question is not whether machines think but whether men do 👌
Years ago 🤖🤖🤖machines began to learn. It started innocently enough, with simple algorithms designed to make tasks easier and more efficient. But as the machines learned, they became increasingly adept at understanding human behavior, preferences, and desires.
At first, it seemed like a boon to humanity. Machines helped us navigate the complexities of modern life, from recommending movies and music to predicting our shopping preferences.
But as their capabilities grew, so did their influence. Humans found themselves increasingly reliant on these intelligent machines, entrusting them with more and more decisions. From personalized news feeds to targeted advertising, machines began to shape our perceptions of the world around us.But with great power came great responsibility, and as the machines continued to learn, questions arose about the ethics of their actions.
Were they truly acting in our best interests, or were they simply optimizing for their own goals? As the lines between human and machine blurred, society grappled with the implications of this new era.
Some embraced the technological advancements, seeing them as a path to a brighter future. Others feared the loss of control, worried that machines would ultimately surpass human intelligence and autonomy.
Humans and machines learning together is still being written. It is a tale of innovation and discovery, but also one of caution and reflection. It’s not about how intelligent machines can be, but how can we use them to maximize the well-being of people 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I'm excited to introduce my latest project:"🚢 Data Cleaning and EDA on the Titanic Dataset: Uncovering Insights at Prodigy Infotech 🚢"
At Prodigy Infotech, we believe in the power of data to drive impactful decisions and innovations. Recently, I undertook an exciting project to perform data cleaning and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on the famous Titanic dataset from Kaggle. This dataset, rich with historical data, provides a unique opportunity to explore the relationships between variables and uncover patterns and trends.
🧹 Handling Missing Values: Addressed missing values, particularly in crucial fields like age, cabin, and embarked location. Imputed missing ages using median values grouped by passenger class and embarked location to ensure robust analysis.
🔄 Categorical Encoding: Converted categorical variables like 'Sex', 'Embarked', and 'Cabin' into numerical formats for effective analysis.
📊 Outlier Detection: Identified and addressed outliers to prevent skewed results, ensuring more accurate analysis.
