Why don't HEC and universities align & attest degrees before handing them over to students? Why do you need all the old original educational documents even the certificates? And Nikkah nama for women? Isn't their ID card enough? On top of that, they charge exorbitant fees for the attestation process: Rs. 1000: Original document. Rs. 700: Photocopy. Rs. 300-500: Courier services. Selling degree attestations? Rather than providing a basic service! Students have already invested heavily in it. If universities are HEC-recognized, they should have HEC-authorized officers who can verify degrees before issuing them to students. #coped

HEC Pakistan Attestation: Get your degree attested by the same people who gave it to you. It’s ridiculous that after years of hard work and investment, we are forced to pay exorbitant fees for attesting our own degrees. Why can’t HEC and universities streamline this process to save students time and money? Stop profiting from graduates—this is a basic service that should be standardized and efficient. #hec #StopTheAttestationFees #StudentRights

So correct. Attestation by HEC is not needed. Let the government fund HEC through our already collected Tax Money, instead of devising this idea of getting revenue inflow.

HEC Attestation Process: Time to End the Bureaucratic Nightmare Why must graduates suffer through HEC’s outdated, pointless attestation process? Why aren’t degrees verified before they're handed out? Instead, we’re forced to endure a maze of document requirements and pay exorbitant fees – Rs. 1000 for originals, Rs. 700 for photocopies, plus courier charges. Why are we paying for something so basic? HEC, if universities are recognized by you, why not empower them to issue pre-attested degrees? Students have invested heavily in their education already; this extortionate process only adds insult to injury. It’s time for change – we deserve better.

Sharing this because it raises some important questions about our education system's efficiency. The current degree attestation process feels like an additional hurdle for students who have already invested significant time and money in their education. Shouldn’t universities and HEC be working together to streamline this process? In my view, if universities can verify degrees directly before issuing them, it would save graduates time, effort, and money—allowing them to focus on their careers without the extra administrative burden. Let’s aim for a system that genuinely supports students!

"Why is degree attestation still such a long, costly, and tedious process? Students invest years of hard work and significant resources to earn their degrees, only to face additional hurdles and expenses in getting them attested. Shouldn’t universities and the HEC work together to simplify this process for graduates? It's time to rethink how we can make degree verification easier, less expensive, and more accessible for everyone." #Education #DegreeAttestation #HigherEducation #HEC #University

HEC Degree Attestation: Time for a Change? As a student, looking ahead to the degree attestation process feels like anticipating an outdated hurdle in our academic journey. The current system requires graduates to provide numerous documents, endure lengthy waits, and pay high fees—all to verify the degree they worked so hard for. With advancements in digital verification, why are we still relying on physical stamps and excessive paperwork? Imagine if our degrees came with a digital verification seal, instantly accessible to employers and institutions worldwide. This would streamline the process, reduce costs, and help Pakistani graduates compete on a global scale. HEC could reframe attestation as a support service for students, not an added financial burden. A modern, tech-driven approach would make our qualifications more credible and accessible, helping us focus on building our careers rather than jumping through administrative hoops. #HEC #StudentLife #FutureOfEducation #PakistanEducation #DigitalSolutions
