Here's a proven method for handling emails efficiently, GIVING YOU BACK a minimum of 30% OF YOUR TIME: 🔹 ONLY DURING your designated calendar time for handling emails, methodically choose how each email will be managed by asking yourself: “Is there anything to DO for me?” 1. NO? then: - Delete it - Archive it 2. YES? then: - If handling the email takes more than 5 minutes, schedule it in your one (and only) calendar. - If handling the email takes less than 5 minutes, do it now. Best,” You’ll get a response. It’s more than enough Stakeholders often don’t have time to read through paragraphs of fluff to try and extract the main point of your email Emails at 50-125 words are the highest converting.
