Let the SQUATS begin! Starting on the 1st of August, I shall raise money for Cancer Research UK (CRUK) by doing 100 #squats a day challenge. My 🎯 is £200! Help me reach my 🎯 I would greatly appreciate any amount you can spare so that I can hit my target and maybe raise more. Recently, there have been a few people close to me who have had #cancer. Due to the incredible work done to support cancer patients, they are on the road to recovery. 💗 ➡ There are around 167,000 cancer deaths in the UK every year, that's nearly 460 every day. ➡ Every four minutes someone in the UK dies from cancer. ➡ 1 in 2 people will develop a form of cancer during their lifetime. ➡ In the UK, the 4 most common types of cancer are: breast cancer and lung cancer. Why not join me in 100 squats each day? I aim to start off with x4 50 squats a day and hopefully towards the middle of the month I will be able to do 1x 100 squats 🤞 A Bonus- I will be getting healthier and fitter in the process with perkier buttocks 😉 Please donate here:

This October, in recognition of #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth and #LiverCancerAwarenessMonth, our very own Chris Thickson, has taken on an incredible challenge—completing 100 push-ups a day to raise funds for Cancer Research UK (CRUK). 💪 By pushing himself physically, Chris is helping raise awareness and much-needed funds to support cancer research, a cause that touches so many lives. Let's show him our support and help make a difference together! Think you can handle the push-ups, too? Or maybe you'd prefer to sponsor Chris instead (it’s easier on the arms 😉). Donate and cheer him on here: https://lnkd.in/ezEcFrNa Every bit helps in the fight against cancer. It is Day 9️⃣ of my 100-push-ups-a-day-in-April for Cancer Research. Everyone will feel the impact of cancer in their lifetime through facing a diagnosis themselves, or because someone close is affected. 384,000 cancer cases are diagnosed annually in the UK; that is 7 people told that they have cancer every 10 minutes. Unless something changes, that will rise to over half a million by 2040, a third more; with a quarter more deaths, 208,000 each year. That’s why I’m doing 100-push-ups-a-day-in-April to raise money for Cancer Research UK (CRUK). Please show your support and help fund lifesaving research by donating and if you would like to, please dedicate your donation. Because everyone will feel the impact of cancer in their lifetime. https://lnkd.in/edyDpd_W #ThankYou: Simone Somma, Neeta Sharma, Dixit Shah, John Machin CMgr MCMI, Karl Haller, Lisa Dhanani, Jerry J.
