📣 (DHS) proposes to amend regulations concerning the 9-11 Response & Biometric Entry-Exit Fee (aka Border Fee) for H-1B and L-1 Visas. The proposed regulatory changes would require covered employers to submit the Border Fee for all extension-of-stay petitions, regardless of whether a Fraud Fee applies, so as to include extension-of-stay petitions that do not involve a change of employer. The 9-11 Response Fee (Border Fee) is only applicable to p H-1B and L-1 employers with 50 or more employees where 50% of employees in the U.S. are in H-1B or L-1 nonimmigrant status.📣

Compare this threat of sanction to UK citizens to... There are plenty of people floating about that actually need dealing with #rishisunak... The #unchr has destroyed our ability to protect our borders security (this is separate to regulated and reasonably safe/controlled work immigration). But obviously both aspects are related.
