While at the airport on my way to Strategic Coach CoachCon earlier this week, I had an unexpected surprise: I ran into my oldest daughter Brinley Marcum! She was headed to Europe, and we discovered that we both had layovers at the same airport, just a few gates apart. What?! 🎉 When I heard "Dad!" and saw her excited face, I nearly broke down in tears. We hugged and for the rest of the day, I had an extra bounce in my step. Moments like these are priceless reminders of what truly matters. ❤️ This “little miracle” made me reflect on the importance of fostering our deepest connections, both at home and in the office. ❓If you experienced a random encounter with any member of your office team, would they respond with the same positive energy my daughter did? I asked that question of myself and realized I still have more work to do in nurturing my relationships with my team. 🧠Research shows employees who feel a sense of belonging are over 3.5 times more likely to contribute their full potential. 🌱When we nurture these relationships and cultivate genuine bonds, we build strong foundations that propel growth and fulfillment in all areas of our lives. ✨Whether it's with loved ones or colleagues, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels connected, valued, and empowered is key to personal and professional acceleration. ❗️If you’re a home care founder or leader, join us on May 21st for our 4-hour Breakaway Masterclass, where we will dive into the breakaway secrets behind Keeping your top talent. Love this so much!!
Love this for so many reasons. What a miracle! Thanks for sharing! Quick tip on leading people in our teams: You don’t know enough about the people you lead if you don’t know THIS about them… MIND - HEART - FEET MIND (what are their specific goals, not the goals you have for them. But their actual goals in their life. Sometime they know them, but I’ve found often they don’t. That becomes your role as a leader to help them uncover. Are their goals clear? Have they written them? Can they see themselves hitting them? HEART (why do they want these goals? What is the purpose behind it? What is their deep seeded desire, passion around wanting this? What does it bring into their life when they hit it?) *the hand won’t reach out for what the heart doesn’t long for. FEET (feet represent results. What are their feet doing? What does their calendar look like? What are they spending their time on? Here’s one of the biggest things I’ve learned… *The mind and the heart control the feet! So if they are having a feet problem, the answer is always sometwhere within the mind and the heart! Maybe one, maybe both, maybe a misalignment between the two. But the answer is there within the mind and the heart. Much love! Thank you for sharing

7moAaron Marcum - love when these God Wink Moments happen in our lives. This recently happened to Andrew when he was in Phoenix for a meeting and our daughter was flying home and got delayed in Phoenix. She Ubered over to his meetings and they got to spend some time together.
