So, a brand has a cross border tool in place. That’s great! Now they can sell to international markets, expand their consumer base, and start capitalising on their international web traffic. What a win 🏆 But, A lot of solutions that tackle this come with some serious pain points … Aside from: 😰 Hijacking your Shopify checkout 💰 Charging seriously high fees on total cart value AND duties and taxes 🛂 Not facilitating duty drawback We’re also hearing that they have: 🚫 Cancelled orders on behalf of a brand with NO explanation 🐌 Seriously slow response times with no dedicated account managers 🙄 Lack of uplift in International sales And that’s why they’re moving to Swap Global. To learn more about how we’re helping brands tackle these issues and expand globally WITHOUT the growing pains, message Emily Young or I! 🐦 #EcommerceEvolved #TheEcommerceOS #globalgrowth #internationalshipping

Total cost of ownership has always been an important consideration. Here's how Shopify compares
Total Cost of Ownership is notoriously difficult to calculate, but at Shopify we have always known ours was the best. So we commissioned an independant research study to prove it. We were right: Shopify has the best total cost of ownership in commerce, up to 36% better than the competition. Why? At Shopify, we focus on removing complexity through innovation. Other platforms put complexity back on their customers – AND they make them pay for it. Not choosing Shopify is an intentional decision to pay more and get less. I wrote about the methodology behind this study at the link below: https://lnkd.in/dD7Jxmp6

📊 Shopify has recently undergone a research study, confirming its industry-leading position in total cost of ownership (TCO) within the commerce space. Not so shockingly for Shopifolk, the study revealed that Shopify's TCO is up to 36% better than its competitors. Through a focus on innovation and simplicity (or, otherwise said, billions of dollars invested in RND), Shopify has successfully reduced complexity for its users, distinguishing itself from other platforms that burden customers with unnecessary costs. Hear more on this firsthand from our CRO, Bobby Morrison. #Shopify #TotalCostOfOwnership #ResearchStudy #CommerceLeadership
