We are very much looking forward to attending the Elephant In The Room Movement inaugural Gala Ball this evening at Dublin’s Intercontinental Hotel.   VMG are proud to be part of the EITR movement in support of mental health awareness. Recruitment is a very tough industry. It’s not for the faint hearted and like an elephant, you have to have a “thick skin”. There are great highs, but also great lows. Often, the lows outweigh the highs, so you need to be resilient. Despite being a profession that is rooted in daily human interactions, it can often be lonely and isolating. As a recruitment business, we want to bring as much awareness to people’s mental health as possible and can’t think of a better way than having our Elephant “Joe”, sitting pride of place in our window!   Well done to Brent Pope Brent Pope and all the EITR team and roll on this evening!
