It was not easy but we are finally getting ahead of the flags. Shoutout to Robert Bircz and the FrontSpin team If you make cold calls, chances are your phone numbers are going to get flagged at some point. What have we done to combat the flagging #1 Buy a fuck ton of numbers - Rule of thumb 1 number should not be used more than 10 times in 1 hour or 80 times in a day You can see we own over 1200 numbers now (up from ~730) #2 get your talk time up. Even if this means listening through the entire voicemail greeting before hanging up. Every second counts #3 proactively scan and clean... Multiple times a month #4 Warm up new numbers. When you buy new numbers they are most suseptable to getting flagged if you start using to frequently. Start with a 2 or attempts per hour and ramp up to the 10. Do not go to hawt and heavy There you have it. Out last scan over 60% of our numbers were flagged by AT&T That is now down to <1% #Yeet

How much of this week did you spend on the back foot firefighting? It can feel exhausting. Here's a few things that work for me: 1) Figure out who keeps setting the fires. Have a chat 2) Look at what I can delegate 3) Explore what smoke detectors I can put in place so I don't get ambushed 4) Set boundaries - block out times of work. Turn off distractions 5) Let it burn - do I need to keep covering or do others need to see the mess? 6) Go for a walk with the dog. What’s your circuit breaker?
