Often in L&D we ask the right question but to the wrong people and vice versa. Here is an insightful report where our end users had the opportunity to clearly articulate their thoughts on the effectiveness of online learning. This paper from David James at 360Learning is well worth reading. It offers a useful, 7-step process for improving the impact of your work in L&D. It draws on the results of surveying over 2,500 people across three countries (US, UK and France).  The survey explores how people at work feel about what the L&D department offers them. It is clearly written, in simple language, offers immediately applicable advice and it is not over long. Recommended reading. I have no financial interest in making this post.
