My goal: - An informal introduction - Learn more about career pathing here - Gain knowledge of development opportunities I got all that and an informal coaching session with a 2-part homework assignment. All in less than 30 minutes. 🙌 Super valuable. Super relevant. I hope it will help you, too. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟏: 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲  - If you were day 1 at your company, what are you doing day-to-day and to what end? (What would your ideal day to look like? What would your worst day look like?) -Write your perfect job description. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟐: 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐭 - How far is it away from where you are today? - How close can you get within your current role? - How much do you want to be what you wrote because that will define the energy and how hard you go after it?
