[Human Resources Edition 1] Attract success! Networking and 15 tips for entrepreneurs At the beginning of the human resources section, we will summarize the network formation that is essential for entrepreneurs. I started my business in an industry with no experience, so I started from scratch. Despite all this, I was able to grow my business by meeting senior entrepreneurs who supported me, employees who lent me their strength, and stakeholders such as the government and banks. Based on this experience, I would like to summarize what kind of connections I have formed and what I have been conscious of. https://lnkd.in/gwUSJm-d

Embracing the Virtues of Success: Time Management, Patience, and Punctuality Dear LinkedIn Community, As we navigate through the dynamic world of entrepreneurship, it's crucial to acknowledge the pillars upon which success stands tall. Today, I want to shed light on three fundamental virtues that have been instrumental in shaping not only my journey but also the ethos of Hopebow: Time Management, Patience, and Punctuality. ⏰ Time Management: Time is undoubtedly our most valuable asset. How we manage it dictates the course of our endeavours. At Hopebow, we cherish each moment, ensuring every minute is invested purposefully. Whether it's brainstorming new designs, liaising with suppliers, or engaging with a community artists and artisans, effective time management ensures we maximise productivity while maintaining balance. 🌱 Patience: Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is a successful venture. Patience is the silent force that propels us forward during challenging times. In the realm of kidswear, patience is not just a virtue; it's a necessity. From nurturing creative concepts to building lasting relationships, patience allows us to cultivate excellence while understanding that growth is a gradual process. ⏱️ Punctuality: In a world where time is of the essence, punctuality sets the tone for professionalism and reliability. Whether it's meeting deadlines for product launches or ensuring timely deliveries, punctuality is the heartbeat of our operations. It reflects our commitment to honouring our promises and fostering trust among our stakeholders. As we continue to craft experiences that delight both parents and children alike, let's reaffirm our dedication to these timeless virtues. Let's seize each moment with purpose, embrace the power of patience, and honour our commitments with unwavering punctuality. Together, let's pave the way for a brighter future, one where success is not just a destination but a journey adorned with integrity and diligence. Here's to the relentless pursuit of excellence!

It is difficult to completely replicate someone else. No one can perfectly copy an existing success, because even if you follow the exact same steps, the timing and resources will never align perfectly. Looking at it from another angle, no matter how hard you try to imitate someone, your copy will inevitably carry your own personal touch. Their success is theirs, and your copy is yours. The saying “a tiger drawn poorly ends up resembling a cat” reflects the potential pitfalls of imitation. But from a different perspective, even if the result is a cat and not a mighty tiger, isn’t the cat still charming in its own way? Your replication will have its own unique value. Don’t focus too much on chasing after innovation for its own sake. With different timing and resources, as long as you work hard to do things well, creativity will naturally emerge during the process. It’s not about forcing yourself to be different or adopting inefficient methods just for the sake of being original, which can lead to failure. Imitation and modification inherently involve creativity. Focus on doing things well, and the creativity will follow.

So many myths persist regarding the entrepreneurship game... But the "4HL" is probably the biggest. So many people decide to leave their 9 to 5 with the grandiose idea they can leave the "consistency space" behind. Yes, the potential pay-off of a successful startup, is an order of magnitude higher than what can be generated by from a typical w-2 role. This incentive makes the game a bit different for entrepreneurs. Unfortunately most fall victim to the idea they can leave "consistency" behind. Operating their future enterprise from a beach in Mexico working "10 hours a week". Good Luck. These people always fail. Doesn't matter if you are employee number 501, or 1, consistency is what breeds success.

We are, all of us, three in one. We are: 🛠️ Technicians 🗃️ Managers 💭 Dreamers Doers, maintainers, and entrepreneurs. Some have discovered a releative balance of all three. Some can pull each one to the forefront, on-demand, when the situation calls for it. Others are so strong in one of the three that the other two are left screaming in silence, desperate to be heard. ✨ Understand them. Celebrate them. Let them out. In this (likely) last of the "fundamentals" talking-head run, I review the concept of having three primary sides to ourselves running [our] show. 💭 The side of us who dreams and often lives in the future. 🗃️ The side who can organize, delegate, maintain, and streamline. 🛠️ And the side who often wants to live in the moment and take action. I included this concept in the fundamentals run of videos simply because it's imperative this sort of consideration be made while planning out any business system. I also reeeally like the results of reflecting on this concept and my interactions with people after the fact -- but that's beside the point. When it comes to any business system, we want to be sure we take into account the areas that are the target users' strongest traits, to avoid problems down the line (or immediately upon launch) with user adoption and your ROI for implementing the system in the first place. Super easy to fall into the trap of missing this piece, but just as easy to avoid it. Just takes a little consideration. We all want to make the win easier to achieve for our teams, so it's critical we keep them in mind as we work through doing just that. Maybe also try to understand ourselves a little better while we're at it. #Alpyne365 #MoveMountains #MicrosoftPartner

There are increasingly more Taiwanese on LinkedIn, since I keep emphasising that LinkedIn is the key to connect to the world. I believe it will be good to see more Japanese to use LinkedIn, which can make themselves seem to be seen globally. There shall be more collaborations between SMEs and Startup across the whole ASEAN.
I am writing this article (note) to recommend Japanese startup founders and hiring mangers to use LinkedIn. LinkedIn helps not only finding professionals but also branding yourself to let people know who you are and understand why your startup exists. Looking forward to having more startup friends on LinkedIn!! Have a great week ahead. Be Global, Be Yourself.
