Editing a macro

- Sometimes when you record macros, as we did in the previous movie, you realize something needs to change. Maybe it's a typo, maybe some of the information that we created needs to be updated with new information. You can always go back and edit macros. Now if you're not big into scripting and coding, I would recommend re-recording the macro if it's complicated. But if it's something simple, like changing the phone number, for example, or fixing a typo, you can always go back and edit your macros. Now to follow along with me, you will have had to have recorded the macro that we recorded in the previous movie. Otherwise, you can sit back and watch because with the Developer tab selected, we can go to our macros by clicking the Macros button, Alt + F8 is your keyboard shortcut. We created this PressReleaseClosing, and we also made it so that it would be available in all active templates and documents.
