Checking spelling and grammar
- One of the very last things you'll do with your Word documents here in Work 2016, especially if you plan on sharing them with others, is to make sure they're grammatically correct and to ensure there are no spelling errors. We talked about the settings in the previous movie, now it's time to do the proofing. We're going to do it with this document LH guide 1102, you can find it in the chapter 11 folder of your exercise files. And once you have it open, click the Review tab. And then go over here to the left hand side in the proofing group where you'll find Spelling & Grammar. F7 is your keyboard shortcut, but when you click this or press F7 things are about to happen. And they'll kick into gear checking your document, and a new pane will open up on the right hand side. Let's give it a try.
