- You know, documents can be a little bit like people in that, a first impression is usually a lasting impression. With our documents, we want to create a good first impression. We want people to look at our documents and we want to make them easy to read so they can absorb the content. So in this movie, we're going to use this document, LH_press_release0302 from the Chapter Three folder of your exercise files. It's a press release with very little formatting. And now, we're going to take this document and apply some font and even a little bit of paragraph formatting to make it stand out. So looking at the document itself, you have to realize that this is a somewhat formal document. So we're not going to use any goofy fonts, we're going to try to use a formal font for this type of document and make a few adjustments.
