Adjusting line spacing
- Another option to improve the readability of your documents here in Word 2016 is to experiment with line spacing. That is the space between lines in a paragraph, as well as the spacing between paragraphs. That's what we're going to talk about in this movie as we continue with our press release document. If you need to get caught up, just open up LH_press_release0402 and you'll have what I have. Let's just click anywhere in the paragraph that starts with "San Francisco, CA." As long as your cursor is in that paragraph, we'll be able to see some of the options that are available to us for paragraph spacing. Well, to adjust the spacing between paragraphs and even see what the current spacing is, all we do is go to the Paragraph group on the Ribbon and click the icon with the double arrows pointing up and down, this is line and paragraph spacing. Give it a click. What you're going to see is a checkmark next to the current spacing, which is one, or single. There's a new default around…
