- [Instructor] In the start menu on your Windows computer, you may see an application that comes with Windows called Office or Microsoft 365, but it's important to clarify what this is. This is not the full version of the Office applications, but it can be a nice way to use a limited version of those applications for free if you don't have the full version of Microsoft Office. I'll click on that to launch it, and first, I want to point out that I was already signed into my Microsoft Online account. Windows had that sign-in information already saved. And if not, I would have been prompted to sign into an account or create a new account. So my account icon up here in the top right corner confirms that I am already signed in. The first time you use this, you may see some prompts recommending that you upgrade to one of the paid Microsoft 365 accounts, but you can skip those prompts, and you can keep using this even if you have a free account.
