- [Narrator] Your event is now in the past, and I'm sure it was a huge success. Congratulations on the effort. And now let's think about how you can do it even better the next time. We always want to be pushing for continuous improvement, and ever upping our game. Here is how. A few days after the event, plan to meet for at least an hour with the whole team that worked with you. Send them a calendar invitation to what we call a retrospective. This meeting has a very simple agenda that you can put in the invite. It's about everyone sharing their thoughts on these two questions. "What did we do well?" And "What can we do even better?" That's it. That simple.
