Writing the first draft
With fewer exceptions, the first draft of any writing is unfit for human consumption. Good writing evolves from rewriting. Therefore, we all have to start with a first draft. Keep in mind though that there is no one way to do this. Everyone will have a different approach. I will show you what elements I think should be included and how I include them. For the topic, I will use the fictional company ConectEco to introduce a hand held solar powered charging device. I'll be using the modified screen play format in Word. We'll start by going to the File menu and selecting New From Template. Now, if your template gallery doesn't open in the My Templates, just click on My Templates and there you'll see these two templates in your gallery. If you didn't install the script templates as described in the How to Use the Exercise Files movie.
