- [Instructor] Let's look at shared calendars, one of the core features in Microsoft 365 Groups. From the Microsoft 365 website, I want to go to Outlook. So I'll choose Outlook on the left. That opens Outlook on the web. And I want to go to the calendar view, so I'll select that over here on the far left. Also, I do want to make sure this sidebar is visible so I can click this button with three lines to open or close that sidebar. Once you're in the calendar view, you can go to this menu near the top-right, and you can switch between the day view or the month view, but I just want to set it back to the week view so I can see my appointments here. Now, you can work with multiple calendars for different parts of your life. In the sidebar under where it says my calendars, I see my personal calendars, which are saved on my Microsoft 365 account. These are the defaults, but you can set up others using this add calendar button.…
